I want to say a thank you on behalf of the Collins family, and my dear Mother Frances Collins, to the staff of Northpoint Lexington Healthcare Center. As a matter of fact, just a "Thank You" probably isn't enough. My Mother was a resident of Northpoint for over a year, before her passing on September 9, 2017. My family and I are so grateful to all the nurses, nurses assistants, kitchen staff, maintenance, and all those in administrative positions, and of course Hospice. The care and attention she received will never be forgotten, and we love you all, and Frances Collins loved all of you as well! I will be back from time to time to say hello and visit some of the residents that I became friends with.
